1. Everyday is a great day!
If you believe that everyday is a great day, you can be confident and keep your day until you achieve your goals.


2. Eat when you are hungry; Sleep when you are sleepy. 
Be living as simple as you can. Don't try to resist human nature. Eat when you are hungry and stop when you are full, and sleep when you are sleepy because these bad habits can cause many health problems such as gastritis and insomnia.


3. Be happiness when you are happy; Be sorrow when you are sorrowful.
When you are happy, you realize it and be happiness. Of course, when you are sorrowful, you realize it and find the way to solve it. So, you know yourself every moment then your life won't get a big problem.  

4. When you are happy, don't indulge in it; When you are sad, don't worry in it too much.
Always knowing yourself when you are happy or sad. If you are happy, don't indulge in it. If you are sad, just find the best option you can do.
